About Jill Heaton

My parents will tell you I became a designer as a child. I sought wallpaper for my playhouse and rearranged the furniture in my bedroom too many times to count. I was creative and artistic, yet strategic and analytical. Interior design was calling my name. Fast forward to 2011, and I received my Bachelors degree from the accredited interior design program at Winthrop University.

In the years following my eduction, I gained experience with new construction, renovation and interior specification under several South Carolina designers from Greenville, Columbia, and Myrtle Beach. My time with these great designers and their clients further fueled my passion for this industry. With a growing family at home, I began to envision making interior design my own. In 2019, Jill Heaton Interiors was born in Lexington, SC. Our team has since been able to serve clients from all over the state. Most recently, we have settled in Murrells Inlet, SC where we continue to meet our clients’ every need.

Outside of work, my husband and I spend most of our time with our 3 wonderful children, who light up our lives and who ensure that we never have a dull moment. Whenever I can get away for a moment, you’ll likely find me with a good book or getting some exercise.
