LEXINGTON TWO-STORY

Lexington two-story

Thrilling as it is to find your dream house, it takes a careful eye and the right design to make it a home.

When my clients moved into their new house in Lexington they knew their existing furniture simply did not work. Initially, they furnished their space with only an oversized sofa and a breakfast table with stools that went unused. They waited months to purchase the right pieces and were committed to investing in exactly what they wanted for their home.

The layout of their new kitchen suited the homeowners, but its style did not. Paint, countertops, lighting, and a new backsplash brought the space up to speed with the rest of the home and helped them achieve the natural look they wanted.

We gave all the rooms a fresh coat of paint to work in tandem with our new fabric selections. We removed all the previous owner's drapes and valances, as the clients preferred a minimal look. A new light for the breakfast table, fans for the living spaces, and updated exterior lanterns gave the home cohesion. The finished product is a handsome, streamlined, and welcoming home.
