Legendary brands deserve a legendary headquarters. Because the mission of Rather Outdoors is to protect and nurture amazing outdoor equipment brands, I knew we had to create an office space that would be welcoming, functional, and reminiscent of the great outdoors.
The board room is one of the central features of this design and uses a glass partitioning wall to create an intentional meeting space that still feels connected to the larger office. Glass—which doubles as a writing surface for brainstorming—delineates additional conference and small group areas. Stacked stone throughout the lobby balances the modern layout and furnishings with natural elements. These elements combine with the artful logo displays to tell the story of Rather Outdoors.
